what is wrong with hbo? why do they like arreola so much? His last fight was a joke and the one before that he got demolished. Now putting him in with a former light heavyweight and unproven heavyweight but they couldnt get mosley a fight all of last year. what a bunch of idiots.

I've got Arreola winning this one.Usually I go with the better boxer, but sometimes the slugger wins-this can be one of those times and I really believe Arreola is going to catch him.
When he lets his hands go,he is not too slow and I really question how Adamek is going to absorb a HW punch-especially against Arreola, a 250 lb guy that has good power in both hands.
I am choosing Arreola for a late round stoppage-which is bizarre, because Adamek has never been stopped, his only loss comes to Chad Dawson,etc-I just feel (and I'm sure I am not alone on this one) Tomasz is not a genuine HW, his fights have come against an inactive slobbish Golota and Estrada.
I would actually give him a better shot against David Haye (who has a questionable chin) than Arreola, who took everything Vitali gave him and still pressed on....
should be a great fight...if I was betting cash,I would say Adamek by decision or Arreola by t/ko...

He's an exciting American fighter and not a boring Euro fighter. Is it really that complicated.

I'm a littler disapointed but not that disapointed since he did come in 13 pounds lighter. 10 more pounds and he's as slim as he's gonna get no matter what he does.

Arreola could make 230lb imo or maybe even 220lb but maybe he couldnt make that any more, but 250lb is still overweight.

Good to see Arreola smaller than his last outing which is just ridiculous, the fact is he can be smaller but i think at 250 he might just have the speed and definitely have the power to hurt ademek, who maybe a hype job because i seriously can't think of any world class oponents who he has beat. Close fight though I reckon Arreola wins mid to late stoppage

                Adamek is just too small.

Wow, I guess Chris's idea of a diet is to eat six Krispy Kremes for breakfast instead of a dozen. I still don't understand how anyone can take this fat blob seriously? I mean he is at the same fat blob weight he was at when he fought Vitali and not to mention he really is not all that good to begin with. I mean come on other than Vitali who has he fought? A taller fatter blob than himself in McCline? With that said I am not sure if Adamek can beat Chris simply because I believe that Adamek's power was overrated even at cruiserweight. But, I do believe that Adamek has much better boxing skills than Chris. He will also come to fight in shape and he also has a good chin on him. My only hope is that Adamek's chin holds up in his first real test of heavyweight power. And I honestly hope he embarrasses the Mexican "Blob" that is trying to pass himself off as a world class fighter.

I think so to but over time and not just over the coarse of one training camp. Most fighters only have to lose 7 pounds and they are a whole weight class lower so 13 pounds isn't bad for now.

Well, I'm glad he's at least showing he cares about his career again. A year or two ago or so he talked about coming in lighter and then came in heavier... twice. So I'll give him his props for that.
