But yes, he still needs to trim some fat. He was 239 against Witherspoon and still had man boobs.

I think we need to stop wishing for Chris to become slender, cause it's just not happening. But I don't think it's too much to ask for him to be around 240. Like I said, he still is chubby at that weight, but at least he's not a blob.

I think that's actually a decent bet. IMO it's more likely that Adamek is overrated at this point.

Since losing to Dawson, he's only really beaten one top guy in Cunningham.

His HW fights so far against an old shot Golota and Jason Estrada (who's tough but not elite), really don't tell us enough. Arreola has a good chin too, which means Adamek will probably be in for a tough fight regardless.
