    any other decent fights being talked about for the undercard? the doors open at 5:30 and the main event doesnt start until 11 so i hope we get more then 1 decent undercard fight for the night

        nah, that looks like it. other than greene/vanes, tor hamer's fighting (promising US heavy from NYC) on the undercard.

            Korobov just fought on the Pavlik-Martinez undercard...

            I haven't seen much Vanes so I can't say who I'd favor in a fight but I kno Joe personally so I'll be pulling for em...he has faced weak opposition lately tho...he shudda KOed Delray Raines

            It sounds like both had good amateur backgrounds...Joe won the NY GG's twice...and I believe the National Golden Gloves at least once...

              yeah i was at that fight and to be honest korobov didnt impress me at all he seemed to have trouble with the pressure style of his opponent. i was thinking maybe top rank would throw him in a 6 rounder or something like that to get him some more exposure and experience because he has been on pretty much all the cotto and juanma undercards in new york lately

                  Its a goddamn shame matchups such as these are on reg hbo and not on these pricey azz ppvs.
