Dan Rafael analist of boxing or ....

To much of a fan/bias towards other fighters.

I'm going to be as PC as possible with this. But I do find Dan Rafael very very bias at times. he overlooks glaring facts and states his opinions instead of the realities and nature of what is taking place in the sport of boxing. He's good at his craft but I think his areas of "his" interests in regards to what he reports and comments on skewed.

I would find it better if he stated what happened his opinion and then backed it up with fact. it would be easier to get threw without getting half way and going to the sweet science or si.

has he commented on Mosley admittance to PED video. He backed Carl froch's bizarre win over Direll (compubox stats). In that case he can argue it not being fan friendly fight but at lease question some of the factual info on the fight itself. I like his barbs about athletes but it would be better if backed up by a source. His bias towards floyd, and glorification towards a guy who will not take blood tests, is i find a huge blindside to his commentary. It's just sketchy to me...it's almost like listening to fox and hoping for news.

He shouldn't be considered a boxing analyst, He's nothing more than a opinion journalist, an awful one at that.

He's been hating on Floyd since before the Gatti Fight. He likes his fighters a certain way and its obvious. He speaks like a casual fan not a boxing expert.

He's an baised, fat, SOB, and if you wanted to read similar fine opinions, all you have to do is cruise the inquirer, or read the posting of other biased posters on various internet forums. Not this one of course.

I've actually just been going to other sites... it's really tiring. Opinions are only good if it's backed by facts! and considering it his his job to know both he should use the facts to guide his opinion. wouldn't you say?

We all talk ****, but he get's paid for that **** to have some kinda backbone!

The only thing he has over the average fan is access to all the big fights, and his own boxing section on ESPN.

Eaxactly, he's done accomplished way more than most other forum member has done. He's where he's at cause he's paid his dues.....
Just cause he doesnt rave or write kindly about your favorite fighter doesnt make him any less knowledgeable......
I admit that he's been down on a couple of fighters i like, but who really gives a sh.it? Oh wait, obviously the TS does....
