Why Mosley win's on May 1

IMO Mosley will win on May 1 because of three things....


1)Mosley won't mind mixing it up.I believe he won't be like Hatton running in on Maywether.He will use effective pressure and movement(Yes Movement)to offset May's flow and it will be hard at times for May to figure Mosley out.

2)Who he has fought I know we beat this down a hundred times with the mythical match-ups.But the fact's still are at WW Mosley has sought out the toughest guy's while May's Claim to fame is Baldy and Zab two guy's that would be a hundred yards up the track vs mosley.Mosley fought the best version of Hoya at WW and won.He also tangoed with Cotto Marga's Forest and is still here at age 38 and still dangerous.I believe this will come in to play when the going get's tough for either man.

3)At this point the consensus on B.S. is that you can't teach an old dog new tricks.I beg to differ I believe Mosley is learning the new tricks and will apply them effectively.Let's look at some older fighter's who have change their fight games with success.1.Hoya.When Hoya got with new trainer May Sr he change his whole fight game and won arguably one of the biggest fight's of his career(The Vargas fight).2.MAB.MAB change his styles after the Jr Jones beating and won some nice pair of decision win's over Morales.B-hop.B-hop is a different fighter he now is more of a boxer then the jail house bully we first seen when he came in to the ranks in the beginning of his career.What I'm saying is Mosley just like Pacmonster is a elite fighter him learning new things and applying them should not be that fetched.Mosley has good boxing ability(Not better then May granted)he's got a decent jab(He out Jab Oscar the best Jab in the bizz for this era)and can out will just about anybody.If you think he can't win I'm cool with that but to think May is going to have an easy night of work forgetta bout it.I'm picking Mosley.Who are you picking?

This is a mis-conception that always happens with Floyd. Mosley will mind mixing it up because Floyd is too fast and laser accurate with his punches and places them in the perfect spot and is very sneak. He mixes it up he gets dropped bro. If he comes right at Floyd he will get decapitated because Floyd has the fresher legs. He will circle him and make him look like a statue at times.

Mosley bringing a list of the fighters he fought to the ring wont help his ass one bit when he steps in the ring and sees Floyd starring at him from across the ring.

Mosley said it himself hes a "black mexican". Its all he knows its all he ever will be. They only been together one fight. Nasim cant fight for him.

I see it the same way. Mosley can adjust and he will test Floyd to see if Floyd has the ability to adjust. I can see Shane winning this on pure will and just enough fighting ability and skill to win this.

****m is making the same mistake every other trainer has made in trying to beat floyd by putting too much time watching the castillo fight. you cant use what castillo did in that first fight to try and beat floyd now. the elite progress and because one can look good against you x amount of years ago doesnt mean it can be reproduced.

mosley is too old. i watched him start his career and been a die-hard fan through thick and thin. he is too old, and thats that.

mosley has a chance to win. floyd has no chance to KO or dominate mosley. that's some pipe dreams.

I feel people are really looking at the addition of Richardson from a very one-sided point of view. Richardson may very well come up with a great game plan for Mosley to follow but any game plan is all about execution. I believe since PBF is the better fighter Mosley will not be able to execute that game plan to win this fight. Richardson can be smarter than PBF when it comes to boxing but Mosley is not and sometimes that 1 min between rounds is just not enough tell your fighter what he needs to do especially when said fighter is not known for being good at making mid-fight adjustments. I like Mosley but this just a fight he is not going win plain and simple. Of course it could be a good fight but I was never impressed with Margarito so his performance in that fight does not give me pause to feel like Mosley can get the job done. I believed plaster or not Mosley would have beaten Margarito. All fighters like Margarito over time their punch resistance goes down and it was just Margarito's time. Margarito is done for if faces any consistent heavy handed puncher his punch resistance has gone way down and that is what happens to all fighters who use that style.

I've never seen Shane adjust mid fight when he was in danger of losing. He only knows how to fight one way.

No cellings.Sorry I'm at work and on my phone writing this.Which is why I could not respond to you the reg way.Anyway you sound like a guy who is just underestimating Shane skills and abilitys(I hope May does the same).You right none of those fighters he fought won't be in the ring with him but the experience will be.the one thing I'll agree with you with is Floyd is a accurate puncher.May had fresher legs against Hoya and just won by a hair No?
