Floyd wanted to fight Tszyu at 140. Tszyu chose to fight Ricky Hatton instead. There is no money in a Tszyu fight because he has never been a big draw. It would be a waste of Floyd's time. However, if Tszyu comes back and fights a tuneup and loses or looks bad in winning, Manny Pacquaio would definitely be willing to fight him.
