He already won the WBC WW title in 2006 and the IBF/IBO WW title(basically just a money fight he didn't care about the belts) earlier that year. Mayweather only cares about the WBC title, he's targeted WBC champions at 130, 135, 140, 147, and 154 and won them all.

the rematch clause is for mayweather not mosley, if mosley loses tough **** for him, if mayweather loses he can call for an immediate rematch as its in the contract

According to Ellerbe, then rematch clause was in case of an early ending (possibly a clash of heads or a DQ. Or maybe it was just because Floyd is fighting the hardest fight of his career, and its definitely a fight he could lose. Either reason is fine in my opinion.

But anyways, this is a smart idea for Floyd, although a unification with Pacquiao would have been a bit better.

Then SCREW THEM! I thought it was like 30k or some ****. But lets say Floyd makes 25,000,000 for this fight which will actually be way more, that is $750,000 Floyd has to fork over to the WBA.

The WBA is the most slimiest money grabbing sanctioning body making all the these new useless belts. It gives me the chills just thinking of the WBA receiving that much money.

Depends how good Floyd beats Mosley. If it's a close fight that demands a rematch, Pac may still get the nod as #1.
