Of course they'll be a number 1 lol theres no other way they could avoid it, but you know some of these people will make excuses claiming Floyd or Shane is #1 due to Pacs election bull... It sounds crazy but I BET that someone will use that mess as an excuse

I don't think there's a lineal champ (Floyd retired) or a clear-cut #1. Mosley has the strongest claim, but this will have to be sorted out if Pacquiao faces the winner of Mayweather/Mosley.

it doesnt make any difference to me who is broke and who isnt and im sure he doesnt have as much money as he claims to but i have a hard time believing floyd mayweather is broke after seeing the shack he lives in on 24/7.
