I'm not a clairvoyant so I can't simply say "yes" or "no" because the only ones who know this are Margarito and Capetillo, what I can do though is go with real facts and that is that in a career span of 15+ years and 40 fights this was the first time Tony has ever been caught or acussed of trying to cheat, so I find it completely absurd to say that he has been doing it throughout his whole career without ever being caught, it's just ******.
