Floyd Fans... is Shane confident or concerned.... your thoughts!!

This is a no nuthuggers zone.... Floyd fans if you see something in Shane that concerns you... post your thoughtful comments so we can have a meaningful discussion.

From the videos you've seen (24/7 and others...) in your opinion does Sugar Shane Mosley appear to be:

    a) A deer in the headlights.... out of his element.... unsure in anyway about his chances.... (ie. he's acting confident about defeating Floyd, but deep down he's just not sure and you can see the concern in his eyes)

    OR

    b) eerily confident.... unphased at the trash talk.... uneffected by the PED comments.... calm and collected like he knows something that floyd doesn't....

I think you're believing that in the sense that you want Mayweather to ultimately win, which if you're a fan of the guy I guess is normal.

But I think people have to take into account that all this **** coming out with Mosley is old news to him. He's been around this block before people on here knew the full logistics on what went down. Do you see people running the streets calling Mosley a blatant cheat and a disgrace? No, because he came out and admitted he did use enhancers when he was under the microscope 7 years ago. If this was coming out now for the 1st time and he was denying it up and down, then we have a different story.

But considering that he's had personal drama spill over into the media, and still performs at a high level, I don't see this truly phasing him going into the biggest fight of his life. He's got people to take care of any legal issues that can further be handled after the fight.

You ever notcie the look of horror and discouragement on fighters faces when they fight Floyd. Its like this dry, no hope expression. When Shane gets behind on the cards we'll see it. Floyds game is 90% mental. With his mouth or his skills he gest in fighters head. Shane can fall victim to that. Kind of like the Winky fights when Shane was in the corner with his head down.

Just the fact that Shane hired Brother Naazim with the very clear motive of "cleaning out the WW division" shows he's focused beyond anything we've seen since much earlier this decade.

Still, either fighter can win and I'm a fan of both. I got some money on Shane, though.

He can do it with some nice counter uppercuts and some body work (like Maidana did to Ortiz). We all know he's not gonna catch Mayweather cleanly enough to knock him out.

I'll admit I haven't seen enough of Shane to sense if he is uncomfortable or not but from what I've seen, he seems to be handling things well. When he says that Floyds "barking" isn't going to effect him.... It seems to be a genuine response.

Will he be able to carry that unshakable confidence into the ring (and more importantly into the championship rounds.......)?

That's one way to look at it...if you're rooting for Mayweather. But you're also "assuming" Shane comes in and simply does nothing and lets Floyd do everything he wants, which I doubt will happen win or lose.
