I feel bad for Jr. He's living under his father's shadow and will never get out of it. He has good fundamentals but he's nothing special as far as talent. I can say he's been taught well and his father has showed him the ropes but I don't see Jr. becoming anything more than a decent mid level fighter.

I'm not hating on Jr. just calling it like it is. Roach will help but this kid doesn't have the hunger his father had, he didn't grow up on the rough streets of Mexico the way his father did. He was born rich and famous without having one fight under his belt, his father on the other hand had to work for everything he had.
Should be a GOOD BOUT, This is the kid
that entered the ring with POP, when J.C.
first Lost to Frnkie Randall, was 3 ft tall
      with JC headband....
Looked ready to RUMBLE that night too!

Got GREAT BLOOD lines, and Roach can
      probably help with Technique!!!

Should be interesting considering that Roach already trains a young contender in the same division, one that also doesn't have the greatest of resumes.

He is 23 years old, he's got years ahead of him to improve.
