He was supposed to be an easy opponent for Diaz, but as it turned out Diaz was a complete hypejob. That's his only real claim: beating a fighter who turned out to be not that good.

Bradley kicks his ass again in a rematch.

I pick Nate to beat Ortiz because I think he's another GBP hypejob, but ya never know.

I personally have never enjoyed Nate Campbell and I hope Ortiz gets him out of there impressively because fights with him and the top guys just seem a little more entertaining to me than those same fights but replacing Ortiz with Campbell.

Nate fought the fight of his life against Juan Diaz and he earned that title, but neither before nor after that fight has he ever impressed me.
BUT he is a crafty veteran fighting a Kid with a suspect Heart, so it'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

I'll be tuning in, thats for sure

Didn't think ortiz really improved in Diaz fight in December and this past fight in recently , but think ortiz has spoke to Oscar and Shane and hopefully they told him what he needs to do to become a true professional in the game.ortiz takes it tko in say 7 ,

Nate will put it on Victor Ortiz. He's in a completely different class, and I don't understand how y'all can't see that.

different class in terms of what? experience? i'll give him that, but outside of experience, ortiz has every single advantage.

Did he just call the IBO an "official" Championship. I hope this doesn't become a trend.

Nate didn't, the writer did. And just to clarify, it wouldnt be the IBO title on the line, it would be the vacant NABO title, which in and of itself means nothing, other than that the winner becomes the #1 WBO mando to the Bradley-Maidana winner..........
