I rank all of those fighters over Williams. The man is a damn amateur. Martinez outskilled him lol. I rank fighters based on technical skill and achievement. Williams has the skill of an amateur.

I watch him, I like to see him fight, he's an interesting fighter, but he's just not as good as Martinez, Hopkins, Cotto, JMM, or Mosley, or any of the elite fighters.
