haye's only a big draw in england. I dont know where people get the idea of him being a big draw. most people in the states dont even know who he is yet

The "problem" for us boxing fans is that the fact that Haye makes millions fighting nobodies in the UK gives him very little incentive to fight more dangerous, younger opponents in the US.

Haye has little need to become a draw anywhere else. He seems pretty content with the current situation of being a superstar and "amazing heavyweight champion" in the UK and a completely unknown nobody outside of the UK.
