chagaev beats ruiz & valuev he's a top guy but when haye beats ruiz & valuev he sucks or hasn't beaten anyone...I'd take the Barrett win by David over chagaev vs Skelton.it's kind of a double standard don't you think?

Chagaev beat better versions of both fighters and beat Valuev much more convincingly. That's why i wouldn't really say its hypocrisy.

Chagaev did beat Virchis and Drumond though.

I'd say he is pretty much level to Haye in terms of resume. Haye has beaten some good Cruiserweights although the division was pretty bare when he was champion. Mormeck and Maccarinelli were good wins but I look at Haye's resume and I do wonder why he talks like he is the GOAT. He hasn't done anything to justify the kind of things he has been saying.

I've seen guys post chagaev is better than haye.I got 24 chagaev fight & I don't think he's that good.he beat alot of typical journeyman.his 3 biggest wins are on par with haye.I think the best haye would take care of chagaev with little difficulty.just my opinion thou.the ruiz fight with chagaev was pretty close & was only a few years ago but chagaev has been crippled by injuries & had problems with drumond.anyone could see he would get destroyed by wlad or vitali.I actually think chagaev is one of the most overrated contenders of the last decade...just my opinion thou.I think povetkin,peters,solis,klits,arreola,adamek beat him.I even think ray Austin could beat him.the fights haven't or won't happen so it's only speculation.

lol,,name me one chageav fan. I dont think anyone ever stated that chageav beat good opposition although he did beat a younger better valuev easier than haye did

I consider Haye to be equal to Chagaev. Ive also seen Wlad and Chagaev fight and thats what Haye has to look forward to.
