Yeah, I could definitely see a trial where he pleads guilty, blames it on alcoholism and some type of mental disorder (bipolar, mania, schizo... whatever) and gets quite a long jail sentence but with the possibility of parole then gets out in something like 10 or 15. I don't agree with that, but it could definitely happen.
