Dirrells win over Abraham was at least equally impressive, but what has Dawson done on that level?

Hopkins did. And his win was even more one sided than Martinez win over Pavlik. And he's 10 years older than Martinez. Like I said, it was an impressive win for Martinez. But this perception that he did something no other fighters have done is preposterous.

Did you see his fight with Adamek? Came back from a knock down and dominated not only the round but the rest of the fight and won big. And Adamek is a better fighter than Pavlik.

Point taken, but I still dont consider Adamek to be the force at LHW than Pavlik was supposed to be at MW or that AA was a SMW. Adamek is no doubt a good fighter, but his body of work at LHW was lacking. A win over him at CW would have been more impressive.

Nobody's perceiving this...it's just that no one expected him to move up in weight and do this to the MW champ. I was impressed w/ his performance but I wouldn't throw him in the top 10 p4p. Hopkins is Hopkins, he has the potential to "put a stamp" on any fighter he faces.

I went to the University of Texas's museum 2 weeks ago and they had an exhibit showing items from a lot of Robert Dinero's movies. One of those movies was Raging Bull. They had the original scripts, gloves dinero used, head shots, the prosthetic nose with pictures of the application of it, pictures from the set, Dinero and Lamotta. Pretty cool stuff.

At least give Pavlik a professional cutman and see if he does better.
