Fight at 154 with all the belts on the line would be best for marketing, and promoting.

Even if he lost at 154, he'd still keep his 160 belts. Only reason he might want to fight at 154 is if he feels stronger at 154, and if he could maybe, just maybe, get a Mayweather fight. Which isn't that likely, but Mayweather could be desperate after beating Mosley if Pac doesn't accept OST. He needs to fight Paul in LA, and see if he can snatch more fans, possibly hispanic, Mexican American fans, to make a Floyd fight more rewarding. Or perhaps since he's Argentinan, that just won't happen.
