I don't know how they do things in Scotland but in the United States a lawyer can lose his license and even suffer penalties for these kinds of actions and intimidation. It's almost unheard of a lawyer on this level to act like this.

Indeed it is unheard of for a lawyer of any description, anywhere, to make such a schoolboy error. All the more reason to tread carefully.

He never tested positive and Oscar, his business partner, never made a petition to get it changed.
