Mayweather is completely in awe of Pacquiao, as is his father, uncle and whole family. His entire fanbase are in awe of Pac, hence the constant PED accusations. They are saying: 'No one can be that good, he must be using PED's'. Which is a damn big compliment. If Mayweather thought he could beat Pac so easy why not pocket the 40 mill and fight? He's supposed to be a fighter, not a USADA poster boy

Team Pac was looking for any chance to kill the fight. In the end, they finally found one.
Now, why do you think PAC demanded that there be a stiff penalty if either of 'em comes up over the weight limit ?? Why, because ***** just laughed at the 600K penalty he had to pay Juanita. If every murderer knew that the law can only punish him for 1 month jail time. Do you think a murderer will risk it next time ??

Why would ***** risk being cheated, then it gives holes to this whole drug charade, err crusade that he's on.

Yes, I don't need to be reminded by every *****. But, what does a 14 day cutoff date accomplish, if it's about preventing/catching cheaters. If anything it still gives a would be cheater an opportunity.

First it was he cant take blood within 30 days or he will be weak, they got caught on tape getting blood taken out 24 days before the Hatton fight. So then it turned into 24 days or under I wll be weak. Then that was proven wrong again with the Clottey fight... when again he had blood drawn out 20 days before the fight.

And didnt lose any days of training like Roach was saying he would.

It was a compromise to try and get the fight thats obvious , Floyd tried his hardest to make the fight happen agreeing to everything , he wants a guarantee its a clean fight and Pac dont so Pac decide to walk instead .

obviously roach was trying to get pac to understand that he can get blood drawn and still train 100%.

how does pushing for a 14day cut off stop them too?

...Because he thinks it weakens him, that's why he wanted a 30-24 cutoff date. But, to this day, ***** hasn't explained for wanting a 14 day cutoff. FYI - Victor Conte, the master of beating the system has clearly stated that a cheater could flush his system out in a matter of days(inside of a week).

Taking what Conte said into account, I don't see how 14 days would've been any better than the 30-24 day cutoff PAC wanted.

Atleast PAC gave a reason for wanting(as silly as it sounded to alot of us) but, to this day, ***** never explained why it had to be 14 days.
The PED Antimyostatin with a Probenecid blocker is taken on a 21 day cycle that then clears the body in 24-48 hours when the cycle is completed and would not show up in a post-fight blood test. The urine test would show only elevated levels of Uric acid (which 30% of the population has anyway). So, an athlete on this PED could pass a blood test 24 days prior to the event, cycle the PED for 21 days and still test clean post-event. A 14-day cutoff would disrupt the cycle and make the PED user likely to be caught. Even though it is only a 10 day difference, those 10 days matter. I am not saying that Pac is or isn't roiding, but for those who say that 14 and 24 days are the same thing, that is just not accurate.
