PAC said he feels weak when taking blood from him...

21 day should be used, its called negotiating. you know if you are at an auction, would you go straight in or play it cool by meeting half way by coming in low from the start? you get me?
either way, testing up to 21 days is enough, if pac is using drugs for a 2 month camp he will be caught out at the start, if pac is using drugs for fight night he would be caught out as pac suggested a test right after the fight
i repeat, floyd did not want this fight right now, mosley is a great tune up for fighting pac while pac himself would come back after a pretty long lay off (about 6 months or so)Comment

Doesn't that kind of punch a hole in your argument?
He wanted it to be unlimited testing up until around fight night. 14 days was a compromise to get the fight signed.Comment

Yeah no ****, the fact that ***** budged from his initial demand of no cutoff dates, makes me question his intent in all this.Floyd wanted unlimited testing until 24 hours before the fight. Pac's team countered with a 30 day cut off. Floyd then decided to meet them right in the middle at two weeks or 14 days. That still wasn't enough for Pac. He wanted 24 days. Floyd wasn't going to pushed around on this issue so the fight fell apart.
Again, why 14 days, I already heard what you said and have the same info as you, but, 14 days for what ?? If he was gonna give in, he might've as well given into the 30 or 24 cutoff. In theory, 14 days, doesn't accomplish more than a 24-30 day cutoff.Comment

Well, this takes the cake people. Floyd compromises from his original position to make sure the fight gets signed, and you're complaining about it?Yeah no ****, the fact that ***** budged from his initial demand of no cutoff dates, makes me question his intent in all this.

That's not a compromise to me, that's just being a pain in the @ss, knowing what we both know.
Like his boss, Richard Schaefer said(yes, he's his boss), they might as well not do OST's if cutoff dates are involved, but ***** insisted and wanted to keep his precious 14 days to accomplish what ???
14 days theoretically gives a cheater a window of opportunity, why would ***** wanna risk that ??Last edited by 1 on 1; 04-16-2010, 03:31 PM.Comment

Why budge? Maybe because Floyd really wanted the fight. I can see why you're confused. Your fighter never showed the slightest interest in the fight all along. $10 million dollar penalties, weight demands, glove demands, venue demands. Team Pac was looking for any chance to kill the fight. In the end, they finally found one.Yeah no ****, the fact that ***** budged from his initial demand of no cutoff dates, makes me question his intent in all this.

venue demands? pac team requested dallas as they would have made 3m extra in gates and the guy was offering 20m to host the fight! way more money than vegas. floyd said yes, then suddenly said no. then the pac team agreed to vegas....Why budge? what killed the fight was mayweathers drug testing demands...end of the day if the normal boxing rules were made, we would have seen the fight on march 13thComment

you are aware that floyd preferred 0 days correct? and then raised to 14 for negotiation....click to continue
...Because he thinks it weakens him, that's why he wanted a 30-24 cutoff date. But, to this day, ***** hasn't explained for wanting a 14 day cutoff. FYI - Victor Conte, the master of beating the system has clearly stated that a cheater could flush his system out in a matter of days(inside of a week).
Taking what Conte said into account, I don't see how 14 days would've been any better than the 30-24 day cutoff PAC wanted.
Atleast PAC gave a reason for wanting(as silly as it sounded to alot of us) but, to this day, ***** never explained why it had to be 14 days.Comment
