yes it probably would but you're talking about completely different charts. your understanding (or rather lack thereof) of the fundamental mechanics of astrology is causing you to make wildly erroneous assertions.

If such charts were valid, why did you and all the other astrologist stay silent before the actual event? Its easy to go back and say yes the charts said this was going to happen, but the record for actually preventing and predicting events that are going to happen is very weak.

Nah you're not getting it. I'm talking about looking at Berto's chart in particular. If an astrologer would have looked at Berto's chart or a person in Haiti's chart there could be indicators of the earthquake.
