It can help a boxer fight longer rounds and clearly it's cheating. But to say it makes them bullet proof is nonsense.

TBH I kinda see what he's getting at.

Better endurance = Less likely to get tired as the fight reaches the later rounds = Your punch resistance is a little better because you aren't as tired.
