no? Pacquiao has just wooped 2 solid WW's. One of them who beat Mosely.

Mayweather beats Mosely and say another WW like Cotto or Williams, then he's perhaps got a shot.

Only if he gets a KO.

How you win is just as important in P4P standings as winning.

PBF's win over SSM will put him again as the P4P champion of the world... Manny was the one that ducked fighting Floyd. Manny fought recently beaten Clottey, while Floyd is fighting Champion SSM. So yes a Floyd win over SS is greater than a Pac win over Joshua.

Pac got the ring belt when he beat Hatton at 140... not at 147... so Mosley is #1 at 147...

there is no question about it Mosley is no1 at WW but that does not instantly mean floyd should over take Manny p4p wise if he wins for me it depends on performance and even with a great performance and a win by Mayweather there will still be arguments either way. Personally if Mayweather beats Mosley in impressive fashion I would have him as the no1 p4p fighter

The first thing to remember is that the P4p rankings are just plain BS, completely based on speculation, so there is no real substance to it.
If there's any justice then you would think that the number one spot is manny's to lose and that no matter what Floyd does to Mosley then he won't be number one.

Out of curiousity......if Mosely was to win, where do you think he would rise to? And where would Floyd fall to?

[QUOTE=O.S.I.R.I.S;8091305 #1 WW is Manny Pacquiao. Even if Floyd completely dominates Shane, he still wont be ahead of Manny. He has to win 2-3 fights in impressive fashion for that to happen...or just beat Manny (which is very unlikely)[/QUOTE]

Pac #1 WW?!?...who did he beat to EARN that?!?.....last time I heard, it was Margarito who ripped it off Cotto and then Margarito got it beat off of him by Sugar Shane...so while Shane was tryin' to get at Manny and Floyd by all means....Manny fought Cotto, the dude who LOST it to Margarito but the dude who holds a win over Shane.....I hope you NOT going off that logic.....back to Manny, he then goes on and fight Clottey who just came off a lost in a fight that Manny THOUGHT he won......by sayin' that he shot his choice of fighting Cotto in the leg.....Pac beat 2 dudes who beat each other up to make it short......he NEVER beat Shane....the same Shane who was named top WW AFTER he KO'd the TOP WW......yall can't give Manny that spot based of Shane's inablity to secure the BIG fights .....its NOT fair to a REAL fighter like Shane....you wanna give the guy who refused to fight him his position?!? ....thats crazy!!

Manny beat cotto who beat mosley, so NO Mayweather doesn't move from his current position even if he destroys mosley.
