BERNARD HOPKINS TO SIGN WITH DON KING?
    By G. Leon

Boxin g talk.com has been informed that living legend and future hall of famer Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins and his handlers have been in discussions with Don King. Hopkins has been promoted by Golden Boy for several years but previously made it clear that he is now a promotional free agent. He could be on the verge of making an announcement of signing with King if discussions between Team Hopkins and the high haired one continue to progress. Hopkins was unavailable for immediate comment. Remember where you heard it first! 11:13 AM

Don King would somehow magically get Hopkins a shot at the WBA circle jerk, so much is certain.

I don't think Hopkins would be that ******. He knows how King treats his fighters.

Leaving GBP for King didn't do much for Barrera.
