I'm just sitting here trying to make sense of this statement. I think he's mentally weak. The fact that he hasn't fought a decent Welterweight in about 5 years proves it. What makes you say he's one of the strongest?

I think you're mentally weak. Either that or mentally ******ed.

There's thing known as a junior middleweight division. There's also this thing known as retirement.

****m Richardson said in an interview that he never said that and that he don`t think Floyd would do something like that.

        Somebody posted the interview yesterday.

              ya know...

he's fought with broken ribs and hands before... torn rotator cuff too. It takes good mental strength to do that. Other fighters would have folded in the same situation.. but Mayweather gutted it out every time... what a *****

lol.. also, look at his composure in the ring. He always composed. That is discipline.. which is acquired through mental strength..

              but ohh well

                Co-sign......

How many dudes break both hands in the early rounds and still fight to a wide UD?

That is some serious mental strength, if I have ever seen it.

                  1) No one appreciates me so I'm taking my ball and going home.

                  2) Larry Merchant told me the fight was boring and people left early before the scorecards were read.

                  3) Welterweight division is stacked right now and since my only intentions are/were to cash checks and not actually compete in the division, I rather spend my days with my bff 50 cent and ride around on a Segway together, throw money up at clubs and form ****** Rich records to sign Soulja Boys little cousin "Flaming Dragon".

Not sure why u ranting over the decision another grown man makes but that is your beef. This is just my personal opinion so hear me out if you may. I see your point as he should of kept fighting everyone in the WW division but lets look at who was there at the time...

                    rings magazine annual rankings 2007
                    Floyd Mayweather Jr., Champion

Antonio Margarito --- this is the only person really worth fighting at the time
                    Carlos Manuel Baldomir ---fought
Miguel Angel Cotto ----no name at the time
                    Zab Judah --fought
                    Luis Collazo --- no name
                    Kermit Cintron --- no name
                    Oktay Urkal ---no name
                    Arturo Gatti ---fought
Paul Williams ---no name and too green
Joshua Clottey---no name and too green as well

                    names not on list
                    Berto-- greener than pwill
Mosley-- was fighting in a different division
                    Packy-- diff division

Honestlly the only person he could of made killer money fighting was Margacheato. Why not retire and do some things that can connect you with the mainstream and build your brand (Mayweather) and let these other guys fight and build up their names/brands so when you come back the fights will be worth a **** ton more... Its all about the benjamins to Mayweather and him and his team make excellent business decisions and they handle his career amazingly...

Look at what happened...we have a bunch of stars now! Cotto, Mosley, Pacman, PWill, Sergio, Margacheato. etc.. Any of those guys creates a Mega fight with Mayweather now...

This just my opinion, take it how ever you like

he's fighting the WW champion now and if Packy doesnt want it next I think he should fight Khan over in England only if Khan looks damn good against Paulie... Someone is going to emerge out of the JWW division, there is just too much talent there.. so he can move on to take on whatever name comes up... Pac/Mayweather both know they need to fight each other for legacy purposes so we'll see what happens
