Is Devon illiterate? LOL I mean Kotelnik just came out like not even 12 hours ago and said pretty clearly that he's gonna fight at 147 now, and his next fight will be a tuneup. I understand that the point of Alexander wanting this fight is to 1up Bradley and stay active, but he needs to pay a little more attention.

Alexander needs to fight a bum next to stay active instead of waiting for the big names, because they're all locked for now. I'd also like to see Zab get one or two more tuneups before he fights the top dogs. He needs to prove that he can still make 140 effectively and that his skills are still there. His last fight didn't prove anything at all because it was against a 38 year old, blown up lightweight journeyman who got KO'ed by both Cotto brothers while they were green.

Is anyone here actually going to pick Kotelnik to win? If the answer is no, then there is no compelling reason to see it.

Devon wanted bradley and maidana ,they chose to duck devon and fight each other. So kotelnik beat maidana, and is considered as one of the top jrww i think its a good fight.

i think that alexander is the biggest player at 140 atm, i wonder if he will be able to unify all the titles eventually, and if he is big enough to handle any of the welterweights any time in the next 5 years, since he still has a while and is only young

Possibly. But whoever comes out the best at 140 is moving up and fighting Floyd in 2/3 years, guaranteed.

Kotelnik, wtf. I thought they were looking at Spadafora and Judah. That's the fights he needs to stick with if not that then let him fight Andre Berto a few pounds up, since Berto loves to fight 140 pounders. Just fight someone meaningful.

yes it would be a good stay busy ft for devon but no way kotelnik wants to get in the ring with alexander.

looks like devons going to have to sit and let the dust settle before getting a shot maybe.
