i think floyd beats pac, so why insist on the random drug testing?

so OST had been done in pro boxing b4? when? im not knowledgable enough on drug testing to argue those points so i wont. BUT if the current procedures are not good enough for floyd, take them up with up boxing not pac.

blood testing was done in boxing before but not random or olympic style testing.
