Is there any Floyd fans who don't agree with testing, or any Pacquiao fans who do?

I agree with test but I do have a big problem with it. For the mega fights; the test pays for itself but what about the small fights. There are ppl who say the OST should be done for big fights; while others suggest all fights should do OST. Well here is my problem; I think the promoters should have to foot a percentage of the cost of the testing along with the fighters so that those small fights will be able to afford the new testing. Now I doubt the promoters will want to do something like that but there has to be away to do it for all fights to be fair

Fair points. Even more reason for the likes of Bob Arum to be against this kind of thing though.
