HCTZ is not that big of a deal. Im on it for high blood pressure and it doesnt help you lose all that much weight. Definitely didnt piss out the 9lbs that Guzman weighed.

its on the list for a reason. it does give an unfair advantage to the person trying to lose wt. thats how it helps you lower your blood pressure. it gets the excess water out of your system thus allowing your heart to beat in a more productive manner as it dont have to fight through all that extra water. and guzman didnt use hctz and it showed when he got his big self on the scales.
