Chris Areola has the right idea. Train on beer. You pee like a race horse with no problem.

Cheating? Please, that's like saying that eating watermelon, cabbage, beets, tomatoes, carrots, and lettuce should be illegal too as they are diuretic in nature as well.

Bricks in your gloves or roids are cheating, not peeing too much.

a diuretic can be used as a masking agent or to help expedite clearing drugs out of your system.
what funeka did was not kosher even if it doesnt prove that he indeed used PEDs.
            ..........

That makes sense I guess but this is crazy that all these boxers need added supplements to compete. I don't see where these things are really helping these guys because the ones that have been caught, really did not do too well on the average in the fights that they used for. I can see that it might give him an "unfair" advantage in him having an easier time making weight than the other guy.

It just seems too involved when it comes to a guy having to take this and that to cover up an illegal supplement and plan out cycles of use and non-use, when he could just put in hard work. Lets face it, some guys have it and some don't no matter how hard you try and they would know at this stage in their careers if they have what it takes to make it or not as a pro. Seems like people are getting shafted by trying to take the "easy road" when the real easy road would be to put in work and time.
