I'm not a fan or a hater of Mike Tyson but beating a guy like McBride won't convince me that he will takeover the division. I don't care how great he looks McBride is still not on the level of any of the champions or is he even a contender.

      hmm

I forgot to answer the question.

Mike Tyson can change my mind. By losing to McBride I'll be 100% confident that Mike is through, instead of 50%.

Mcbride is 6'6 and Tyson at best is 5'10, my prediction for the fight is that Tyson will come out throwing bombs and Mcbride will hold and smother him (Ruiz style baby) and eventually will wear Mike out and I think Mike will just give in when he gets tired.

Personally I hope I am wrong, I want Mike to win. We need a damn good exciting heavyweight who is an enigma to the public. The heavyweight division is so dull and the champions are such sissies and never want a real challenge, we need a guy who can come and mow everybody over. That is what the heavyweight division is all about.

Mike Tyson probably can't do too much to change my mind by fighting McBride. I just know this tune too well. What Tyson has done is found a formula that is pretty low risk and profitable. I remember all too well when he was knocking out the Francios Botha, Orlin Norriss, Julius Francis, Lous Saverise, etc -type fighters and making big money but not really proving anything. Tyson is gearing up for one last tour that will lead to one last payday against a big name fighter despite all that has happened. McBride is just the first step in that.

            hmm

No way McBride will win. He is slow. Read that one more time. He...is...slow. Slow. SLOW. There is no adjective to add to slow that will express how slow he is.

Also, he is as hittable as he is slow.

            Tyson KO 2.

That is what Tyson has done since losing to Buster Douglas, Tyson hasnt won anything significant in my god how many years? Tyson is exciting to watch and thats it, however he isnt to exciting when he steps into the ring with a top opponent is he?

Any fighter can look good against garbage, Roy Jones and Mike Tyson are prime examples of this.

I agee with spinxjinx that A decision would be good, but I dont think McBride can take Tysons punches for 10 RDs, **** he might not be able to take one to the jaw, he has been KOed by some straight up bums, but i guess we will find out on saturday.

You dont have to be fast to hold and hang on. Mcbride fights at an awkward position he keeps himself straight up and doesnt really come down low which I believe will give Mike problems. Mike doesnt work the body much and that is what he will have to do to Mcbride.

Mcbride's chin is Grade A broken glass.

there is no dispute to that, but the question is can Tyson reach it? I dont think so.
