The thing is-Pacquiao would have had it much easier with a 14 day cut-off period.If he can get in the ring and spill blood, how the hell is this going to damage him psychologically or mentally-he is supposed to be a warrior.
Pacquiao turned down the testing without knowing what it would be like anyways-it didn't matter how intrusive or easy it would be-he just knew he didn't want a part of RANDOM blood testing...he wanted to know and dictate the amount and the dates of testing,which could give him a way to exploit the testing in the first place....
