Your explanation was they wanted to make a certain guy the "face of steroid testing" & that someone from usada was testing the other guys at other times, of course that's the logical explanation but that means hiring 2 other guys & paying them to test.

golden boy is paying usada, golden boy & oscar are notoriously cheap, i doubt they wanted to pay 2 extra employees to test them. They cheaped out like they usually do & only paid for 2 single testers which would made it impossible to test both fighters at the same time.
