Look don't try to hype up Margarito just because he beat your quitting queen Miguel Cotto. Cotto and Berto are two different styles. Cotto does not hold and does not have fast hands. Berto holds which is what bothers Margarito.

Paul beat Marg by doubling his output. And still got hurt in some rounds.

Mosley beat Marg by returning punches to Margarito's body NOT chin. That's how he beat him.

Berto doesn't go to the body nearly enough. Isn't all that fucking fast. Chin is mediocre. Has balance issues. Gets sloppy for some reason. Was showing signs of muscle fatigue, hence why he started swinging for the fences.

Margarito would take him out to the deep waters and drown him. Simple as that.

I think this thread is a response to all of Jack's sandy, bleeding mangina threads regarding Berto. As far as Berto vs. Marg, I don't think he can use the same tatics that Mosley did to beat the brakes of Margarito. SSM is stronger, hits harder, and has a better chin then Berto. As others have said, I will have clearer picture as this fight might go by how Margarito looks in his future fights.

I agree and Andre is starting to grow on me (as far as me liking him as a fighter). Kid has skills, he just needs to take it slow and wait 2 or so more years before he gets in the ring with the very elite WW's (like Pacquaio, Mosley and Mayweather).
