Berto could not impress anybody with the yesterday fight. Quintana punch after round 5 were fuffy, and not was until the 8 that Berto could TKO Quintana. Berto can't get in the ring for now with the top welterweight. He have trouble fight a guy exhausted without punch, imagine with pac, mosley, mayweather. Even margarito could win a fight with Berto.

i think berto would beat margarito really bad as margs wouldnt have those bricks in his hands and margs defense is suspect shane hit him at will. and so much for his iron clad chin.

Andre looked pretty good, you could see the rust on him though as he didn't look as fluid as he usually does. He blitzed Quintaina in the last couple of rounds.

Caba, looked like a BEAST!!!!!! I truely believe that he would give JuanMa ALL that he could handle and then some. The only reason that Yordan touched him as much as he did was because it looked as though Caba got complacent in the ring. I couldn't find anybody to bet me on that fight, but I just won my 1st bet!!!!!!!!!!! Bout to watch this 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry but Berto is not and won't be ready for the elites. I mean let's be real. I'm really sorry for what happened in Haiti but I must say that's what saved him from the beating of his life, hands down!

Another thing I didn't like was that he was complaining about getting hit on the back of the head even when he was not getting hit there. He was acting like a little baby! Berto sucks...that's my opinion. He is not ready and I very much doubt he will ever be ready.....bring on the haters!

its obvious Berto is not ready for the top 3. i think he should keep fighting top ten caliber guys but wait on the big names. he has to polish his skills, mainly defense and develop a lethal jab. he cant beat the top guys on jolts of combinations. he's kinda small for WW but he still gots potential to be a champ, just not yet. i think he'd be beast at JWW. as u heard in the fight the guy has already beat timothy bradley in the amateurs and andre dirrell! he gots the skills but they need to be polished. berto could be champ by 2011. COULD.
