makes me hate guzman even more.
i love boxing, but i try not to have an emotional investment in fighters in any way. i dont dislike a fighter any more than i dislike guzman.
he's making a mockery of the sport.

Kaye shouldnt be the one retiring. Should have been Guzman and the rest of his team. It is obvious that Guzman doesnt deserve to fight, at least for HBO or Showtime. He shouldnt be given a chance to steal the boxing fans' time and money again.

No one can blame any nutritionist or fitness coach for fighters coming in over weight.

At the end of the day its the fighters obligation alone to say no to the snacks and soda in addition to doing the work to keep the weight down.

kerry kayes is a legend. we all know the job he did for ricky hatton. i didnt read it all, but why the hell did he have to pay for himself? shows the class of the guy, he will take money out of his own pocket to help a fighter. shame guzman didnt show the same class.
