This will be the excuse Bradley and others use not to fight him....
Valero is being bashed right now in the States for out of the Ring Issues, but i find it Strange that all this follows his tattoo of Chavez on his chest. For Valero to all of the sudden act like a misfit is weird but i question whether his alligence to Venezuela is the Cause of all this negative Media. First off, Anybody who wants to fight for a living has issues, and Valero is no exception. It takes a different type of Man to be a Boxing Great, and being crazy helps in that category. The greatest boxers in history has serious mental issues like Ali and Tyson and time will tell if Valero will be in the same class. We all say now that Ali was greatest but it took 20 years, for the man once named Clay, to achieve that status. And Tyson was by far the craziest Man ever to stand in the Squared Circle and because of this, he will never be forgotten because of his antics. I have a Strange feeling that if Valero were American with a tattoo of George Bush instead of Chavez, things would be very different of Edwin. Sure George Bush is a war criminal who invades Countries without reason but in AMerica that is not worse than Chavez talking Nonsense about the Crimes America has committed. History will show that America is just as unfair as Germany or Russia and that Americans are just as evil as Osama Bin Laden or whoever we say are threats to our Country but Modern Propaganda will make people believe that Valero is a Dangerous Man with Dangerous Values. We all know that Valero is just a Great Fighter with a dumb tattoo of another man on his Chest, but Americans will use this as an excuse not fight this Awesome Talent...Comment

Valero In Booze Fueled Police Chase
Valero has struck again. This time he was drunk, got in an accident and ran away from the scene and police claiming he didn't want to attract 'media attention'.
What a cave man scumbag he truly is. This is just days before he's scheduled to leave to his rehab.Comment

Valero in more trouble
By Gabriel F. Cordero
Unbeaten two-division world champion Edwin Valero was involved in a traffic accident and a police chase on Friday in Mérida, Venezuela. There were no injuries but Valero, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, fled the scene of the accident. He was taken home by police. He later said that he fled because he felt harassed by the media and the general public. “I reacted as anyone reacts to this situation,” he stated. The champ promised to take care of the expenses of the other driver. Valero had been scheduled to leave later that day to Cuba with his wife, two children, trainer Mario Morales and adviser Segundo Lujano, where he would begin a rehabilitation program after recognizing his problems with alcohol and drugs. He had just been released Thursday after 14 days of rehab following another incident. Authorities are now reconsidering whether or not they should send Valero to Cuba for further rehab.Comment
