i think we should all know by now that promoters, trainers, and fighters can't be trusted with the **** that come from their mouths. they'll say anything to lure an opponent or promote a fight. roach knew all along that floyd is the toughest fight.

Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao is the best matchup in boxing because they both have the athleticism but there styles are so different basically being an offensive minded combination puncher vs a defensive minded counterpunching potshotter. I think Mayweather would have pacmans number though.

People getting their panties wet over Roach's rants and fake arse comments to hype up a fight that's not even in the horizon yet.

And this thread's becoming a fantasy fight, with Floyd winning UD as always.

I'll wait and see when the fight's finally made and see who'll turn liquid...

yeah i thought i remembered him saying that too. i like freddie roach but he contradicts himself alot in the interviews he does and when he does that it kind of makes it hard to take his comments seriously.

Floyd and Pac need to assess things seriously before taking on their next fights. Both are in the twilight of their careers. They could either take two or more fights, or take the biggest fight in their careers, then retire, win or lose. They could then have the option for a rematch, which is possibly even bigger.

Point is, there's no more point in taking on smaller fights when one fight will cover everything for less time and bigger pay.
