Is Floyd above the NSAC?

Are you really this simple to not understand such a simple concept?
Whether its redundant or not,
the fight still has to be under the care of the NSAC as they are the leading authority of combat sports in that state.
Since this is about "cleaning up the sport",
wouldn't you want the state commissions knowing about something like this?
I guess since this thread goes against Floyd,
you have to find some way to defend no matter how illogical you appear.
Don't forget, the entire purpose of this testing is to "clean up the sport".
Why not report the results of a "better" test to the agency that oversees all fights so as to show how it can be properly done?
But no, simple Simons like you don't think like that,
you cats just go into a defensive crouch as soon as there is something critical said of Floyd without even thinking about what you're defending him about.
If you're for better testing within the sport as a whole,
you should have no qualms about this being reported to the state commission.Last edited by Vasyl’s dad; 04-09-2010, 02:00 PM.Comment

Bearing in mind the USADA's policy if a test comes up dirty is to publicly name the dirty fighter, cancel the fight, and ban the guilty party for 2 years?
What role do the NSAC have to play in that scenario?
By asking for someone elses test even though they are testing the same athletes that USADA is testing, they are admiting that their test are insufficient.Comment

What part don't you get about the fight being held in the state of Nevada under a government agency?

the fight in in nevada. they have jurisdiction there.
The USADA can't cancel the fight or ban the guilty party. they don't have the power to do that. all they can do is report the guilty party and hope that the powers that be will listen to them.
If the fight happens in vegas, the NSAC is in charge of it.
that's besides the point. the point is, if the NSAC wants it then they should get it.
not necessarily.Comment

Oh, and you're wrong anyway.
I have no qualms with the USADA keeping the NSAC up to date--it's inconsiquential frankly. And it has not been stated that they will not be doing so, dummy. In fact Kizer said that he'd been informed by the USADA that the results would in fact be passed onto him.
So yeah, try and actually read the stories (if that's not beyond you) before you put on your big dramatic indignant act next time, pal, and avoid making yourself look like a complete and utter imbcile in every post you make.Last edited by S.G.; 04-09-2010, 02:28 PM.Comment

Well done for quoting a reductio ad ridiculum retort and managing to find a reason to jabber on about nothing in particular in such a long-winded manner.
Oh, and being wrong in the process.

What I'm simply asking is what any of this has to do with the NSAC in the first place, and why morons such as Pullcounter are trying to twist this misinformation into a new Pacfan talking point?
What part of the NSAC being the commission do you not get?
They are the leading authority in that state for combat sports.
It has everything to do with them in the first place.
Now you're being an ass just show your hole.
lol why would I feel silly?
You're the one pretending not to understand why the role of the NSAC is important.
At least I hope you are.

The NSAC will be conducting business as usual, including their standard archaic drug testing protocol, just as they would have been if the USADA hadn't been employed by Golden Boy to provide extra-curricular drug testing.
They are also going to be kept in know by USADA (who, incidentally, are also a government funded organisation), just out of good faith.
So what are you talking about? Or are you just running in here with your big attention grabbing green text to antagonise people?--which seems to be your primary and sole motive for even posting on this site.Comment
