    Is Floyd above the NSAC?

The Mosley/Floyd fight is in the state of Nevada, and yet the NSAC doesn't have the results of the USDA PED testing for Floyd and Mosley.

IMHO, that is a black eye to the NSAC. A commission should know what's going on with the testing of boxers who are boxing in their jurisdiction.

Bascially, floyd is running ****, not the NSAC.

if thats the case, then all the fights Floyd has had in Las Vegas should be ruled "no contests" since he obviously feels that the NSAC is too incompetent to enforce rules and regulations. Who knows how many of his fights have been tainted due to incompetence of the NSAC.

They will get it at some point. Its no like they were too involved with extra testing concept to begin with. They claimed their standard test was all that was needed so they should be confident with their own results.

              Pretty much.
Mayweather already past their test in december, IMO
He is through with NSAC until after the fight as far as drug testing is concern since Their drug test are only after the fight.

USDA is now in charge. and Keith Kizer said he had no problem with fighters
getting extra testing as long as they take the NSAC test.

So basically Kizer should mind his business until NSAC decides to give Mosley and Mayweather another test.

If he feels NSAC testing policies are good enough to catch cheaters, then he really shouldnt be concern about what USDA is doing since the NSAC drug testing in Keith Opinion the best test NSAC can offer and Mayweather already past it in december.

Mind your business Keith, or up grade your test...!

yeah, but NSAC should have authority over stuff like this. Nevada is their jurisdiction and since the fight is happening their they should be able to get their hands on the results when they want them. This failure means their authority doesn't mean much, in so much as it relates to floyd, cause floyd runs vegas apparently.

When you say authority, what do you mean exactly?

The only time NSAC Should worry about the drug test Mayweather and Mosley take, is after the fight. Since they feel that is the best time to catch cheaters.

Them asking for the results of these test, shows they are not confident in their own testing...

If they want to know if Mayweather or Mosley are cheating 4 weeks before the fight, Then they should start enforcing their own Random Drug Test policies SO they can find out!!!

                    Simple as that
