I'm not prepared to put Khan in as top 4 jr welter yet..........i think Maidana, Bradley, Alexander and Ortiz are ahead of him.......or maybe we could say Vic and Amir are equal fourth........i don't think you can seperate Maidana, Bradley or Alexander from each other at this point.
