froch is easy to hit, some take it too far cuz hes a tall guy with a pretty good jab so he isnt extremely hittable. but out of the guys in the super six he still has the worst defence by far.

abraham went down cuz he let himself get way behind in the fight and got desperate. look at abrahams and frochs careers overall and its clear who has better defence.

Froch does have a poor defence, but he's a good counter-puncher. If you open up against him then he is likely to land something in return, I think this is part of why Dirrell was so cautious.
