Like what happed with Dawson vs Tarver.

I think rematches should be determned after a fight, not before. Much less imediate rematches!
so in your opinion did mtagwa deserve a rematch against juanma

Tarver is another Al Haymon managed fighter just like Berto, Forrest, Taylor, and Williams. Williams got his rematch against Quinatana after getting beat the first time. Taylor got his against Pavlik. Forrest got his against Mayorga and Mora. Tyson vs Holyfield and so many others.

I don't see a big deal about it. If Berto wins, it's on to the next one which is the Collazo vs Aydin winner.

The way I see it, Q would much rather have a title shot then spend his days fighting Jeese Feliciano.

He has a belt. If he loses he wants a chance to get it back. Nothing unusual about that.

Quintana outboxed the **** out of Williams in their first fight. The 2nd fight Quintana got knocked out. I may not like it but they do have the right to try to get their belt back. Even if we don't like it.

Boxing writers say that rematch clauses are standard for voluntary defenses. If Quintana wasn't with Dibella, DiBella would be getting some options out of the deal too.

Then again, if Quinatana wasn't with DiBella he probably wouldn't be getting this fight.

Quintana should just be lucky he has a title shot at all.
