PPV Numbers for Ruiz - Haye yet?

wonder what haye's % of each ppv buy.

in england the ppv r £15 (around $25) and haye gets £5 from each one bought. which means he got £4.5 million for the valeuv fight.

Let me guess. Numbers weren't that great so they won't get released? Does that happen sometimes?

I could be wrong, but I think BSkyB are a private company. Because of this I don't think they have to release numbers. That's why there aren't offical numbers for UFC PPVs either. They don't have to declare stuff like that.

You guys need to remember that there's no real reason to release them. Just because a bunch of Mayweather fanboys kept going on about PPV numbers as an excuse for him avoiding people, it became a hot topic on NSB. But for the rest of the world it doesn't matter how many people paid for a Haye fight.

As with the UFC, I think it's unlikely we'll see any official numbers being released.

Seems they released the Valuev PPV numbers because they were exceptionally good and it was good marketing for Haye, especially in the US. Showing how much pulling power he has with the UK audience.

But if they do not release the Ruiz numbers then I guess we can safely assume the numbers fell somewhat short of expectations.

Got a source for that? I don't remember them being released, I only recall people making estimates, nothing official.
