Cuz he knew he went out like a sissy. That's why fans in his hometown were calling him a coward. Why didn't his hometown erupt in jubilation after he was announced the winner? LOL!

That's bad. They should have supported Dirrell who fought a great fight and was on the recieving end of a bad foul.

I think you are misinterpreting the events. They probably just left because the main event was over and not because they where in disgust.

I think Direll was going to win regardlessly i couldnt sense a knock out but he did carry on a bit afterawards in a similar fashion to the Froch press conference.

There is no doubt in my mind that after watching the replay over and over that Dirrell exaggerated. He saw an opportunity to not continue and took it.

If you hear the ref, he says over and over, "I'm going to call the doctor, I'm going to call the doctor".

He was basically saying, if you don't get up, I'm calling the doc and the fight will be stopped.

Dirrell should have won, was winning but he faked it IMO.

They weren't calling Dirrell a coward. Actually, if you watch the Fight Camp 360 episode, it was Dirrells family (his wife I believe) that was yelling that at Abraham. Dirrell misunderstood and thought people were saying it about him. It's clear in the episode.

ok, you may have a point. i havent seen 360 yet. however, who was dirrel arguing with then when he was saying "i'm not a coward *** u!"??
