I give credit to Floyd for fighting Shane, but I would've liked to have seen Shane fight in January, even after Berto pulled out they coulda lined up a halfway credible challenger for him to go in with, shake off some rust; that's necessary at his age. When Floyd fights him he's gonna have been off for 16 months, which is too bad. 16 months. That's almost a year and a half.

But you forget Cottos wins since losing to margarito. He was still able to perform well enough to win.
So why coulndt clottey take advantage of Cottos trauma?

he did then he threw it all away being aruguably the dumbest fighter in the world like he is. i still thought clottey won, but he wouldve won alot more convincingly if he hadnt stopped fighting in the last couple of rounds handing them over to cotto along with the fight.

u act like cotto won that fight .. clottey won that fight, then he gave it away. and clottey is a very average fighter to begin with.

shane isnt shot, but he certainly isnt in his prime either... i think he gives floyd a tough fight but loses a close decision
