Why do haters continue to discredit Joe Calzaghe's career?

We all know Lacy,Kessler and to a certain extent Roy Jones were never the same after their fights with Joe.Joe breaks his opponents mentally aswell as physically.

    Joe has a great resume

        His career is a joke.

The winner of the super 6 will have a better resume.

Roy wasn't quite at his best but look how good he looked against trinidad. He toyed with a future hall of famer and made it look easy.

He has an OK resume. Not as terrible as some people claim but with his talent it could have been a lot better.

I thought his victories over a very tough, 30 year old Chris Eubank (for the title), a prime and undefeated Jeff Lacy (who was favoured by many) and a prime, undefeated Mikkel Kessler were his greatest achievements.

To top it off, his going up in weight to beat Hopkins was made to look even better by Hopkins easily beating Pavlik.

In England he rarely got the credit he deserved, until near the end of his career.

To be fair, for me that Trinidad win doesn't count for anything. You're talking about a guy coming from a lower weight class who had been inactive for three years.
