                That's true. Obviously since bloodtesting for EPO has been known for over a decade.

                  The problem with the urine test is that you've got to catch them on the day they are using. If not, you're screwed.

                      I don't know if the window is only 24 hours, but if you say so.

                      Anyway such a test is much cheaper and easier to perform than a blood test. So together witha random test procedure the deterring effect gets us a long towards a cleaner sport.
