Sooner or later(if not already) PEDs will evolve to the point where they cannot be tested by urine. The drugs will keep on getting better, the testing for them shouldn't stay the same.

Well, when that day comes i'll agree that urine is enough, but until then blood testing will be needed to test for the most advanced PEDs.
